Illustrating Bible Devotional & Tutorial
Hey friend! Recently I did a full Illustrating Bible video review. Last week I went on to create a Journaling Bible Paper Thickness video which many of you found really helpful. I then tested 86 pens in the Illustrating Bible and even did an Illustrating Bible art supplies test! Today, it’s what you all love from me so much… a creative devotional with tutorial. Let’s get this Illustrating Bible devotional started! It’s so refreshing! 😉 We’re looking into the book of Philemon, a letter from apostle Paul where some of my favorite passages are tucked away in one of the shortest books of the Bible!
A Refreshing Illustrating Bible Devotional
In this post, I’ve got a video, supplies linked, (even that nifty Bible sized, thin light pad for tracing!) and a free download so you can trace along with me in whatever Bible you have! This

The Illustrating Bible
If you’re wondering what I’m creating in… the Illustrating Bible was created by Dayspring and Illustrated Faith, as the worlds first spiral bound Bible, with 75% thicker paper than traditional Journaling Bibles and twice the margin space for creativity. I have to say, there is a LOT to love about it. It is entirely to be considered an “investment” in your spiritual growth. It’s on the more expensive side with so much packed into it, but I believe the price is quite comparable when you stack it against other Bibles around the same price. So, it’s not for everyone, but it will serve many in their creative spiritual journey with God and I’m personally very impressed with it. I only recommend what I believe is good value and that I honestly love. This Illustrating Bible fits into that nicely.
If you’d like to learn more or want to order the Illustrating Bible and support this art ministry while you do, you can click this link: http://shrsl.com/15jcp

With that, grab your free Illustrating Bible devotional download, (which you can shrink or adjust to fit in whatever you have), plus some sort of water media. I’ve used my Illustrating Bible (which I’m really enjoying!) and Inktense Blocks. You could also use colored pencil if you prefer. Let’s get in the Word together and be transformed by it!

Hi Rebecca, I am at work and can not help but check constantly on the status of the Illistrating Bible!! Mine comes tomorrow (9/19). I have not contributed much to your site or blogs but have ENJOYED it GREATLY! I am passing this Bible Journaling Phenom on in a class at my church and use your examples regularly. I simply CAN NOT WAIT to get this new Bible and wanted to take a moment to tell you that I pray for you regularly and thank God for you regularly and your wonderful ministry! This “Bible Journaling” Thing has completely changed my Bible study habits and helped me to get His Word written on my heart. You have played a role in that and again…I am very grateful!

I couldn’t agree with Debie more! I love your videos on YouTube & I subscribed to some of your lessons. I also pray for you as I deal with getting victory over several autoimmune diseases. The Lord sent me an 8 year old g’son two years ago & he keeps this 66 year old gal motivated to keep going on difficult days… he & I both do journaling together~ I’ve been wondering where you are. I pray you are well, because you are missed!

Hello…I started to begin journaling a year and half ago, I put it aside to do other things. I want to do journals for both of my daughter, it is something that is lovingly on my heart. Today, I went down to your classes which I had downloaded on my computer. I will start at the beginning to catch up with the process. It seems that I don’t have all of your instructions. Thank you for your time and help and classes to the Lords children, find JOY and BLESSINGS everyday.
