All Art Carries Virtue
Please watch if you have any art pieces hanging in your house. This is an amazing short video by Ana Mendez which perfectly explains God’s purpose for art and how artwork affects our atmosphere… even when we don’t realize it! I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments after you’ve seen it.
You are loved,

Rebeckah thank you so much for all your instruction and this inspiring video is so true. I have been enjoying all your weekly Scripture art journaling for this past year. I haven’t done any art yet but will be attempting it this year. I am a watercolor artist and excited to get started for 2016. Big Thanks!

I have known this for quite some time through my own experience as a watercolor artist. The Lord has spoken to my heart many times prompting me to do a specific painting for an certain individuals. When the recipient receives the gift they are amazed and say “how did you know what my first horse looked like,” or what ever the painting happens to be. And my answer is always the same “I didn’t but God certainly does!” I love what Ana said and I think it is important for all Christian artists to hear. Thanks so much for sharing.

This video is very helpful and inspiring. WOW! I feel so much joy to know I am worshipping God when I paint or draw for Him. I hadn’t looked at art as a form of worship that way before, although I feel closest to God when I create. I just feel His presence with me and I wonder if everyone else feels this too when they create. Thanks so much.

I really enjoyed that video Rebeckah. It is inspiring and very much along the lines of my thoughts over the lastcouple of years I have been painting about 5 years. Lately I just get almost craving to do my artwork. It has taken me on many interesting journeys.

Yes I totally agree with Ana, it makes such sense. I am happy to create art with my Daddy, Father God who is the inspiration of all my creations! It is amazing how He has plans and purposes for the arts and how they will impact…. really the whole world. it is so awesome that the time has come for the arts to take its proper alignment as God intended: and equally amazing that I am able to be a part of this wonderful time ! Thank you Rebekah for posting this. 🙂
